Kevin Clark

President of Progressive Financial, a leading first mortgage company in the State of Michigan from 1993 to 2001.

Wrote close to 10,000 loan applications spanning the Metro Detroit area, the majority originated from referrals.  Advertising was specifically by "Word of Mouth".

Concentrated in investing on residential sites from 2001 to 2009.

Now President of Integrity Funding which was established in 2004, exclusively a lending company, funding loans for investment and primary residents.

In February of 2009, Integrity Funding ceased doing mortgages and returned their first mortgage license back to the State of Michigan

Currently our Team specializes in Loan Modifications and Short Sales.

As of 2009, Kevin Clark is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Michigan.
